	ACCISS - The Ultimate Sales Development Process Highlights three of the most important aspects of selling today – relationship selling; partnership selling, and consultative selling! Targeted to new and experienced sales professionals, this program teaches participants to develop self-motivation, negotiate better contracts, and measure, monitor, and analyze their activities through an effective reporting system.

	CARE Process – Based on the books The Goal and CARE. this program addresses the weakest link in your company by applying corrections within the individual group(s) where communication challenges are causing ineffectiveness and slowing throughput. The process includes one-to-one meetings with manager, supervisor(s) and two group meetings to facilitate team communication and develop a proactive plan for change.
