CARE Program For Discontented Workgroups

The CARE program introduces empathy into the workplace. The process combines employee interviews with role plays and planning, to unmask and begin to remedy the problems that are specific to the group.

CARE workouts improve communication and expose issues for resolution. Employees begin to understand the challenges faced by their supervisors and managers. Supervisors hear the challenges and viewpoints of their employees.
