This Behavior Style Analysis Questionnaire on the next pages forms the basis of your Style Report. It is not a pass or fail test. It is an analysis of how you respond to your environment. Your own self-awareness allows you to formulate strategies for success within an easily understood and proven system.

Guidelines for Completing the Behavior Style Analysis Questionnaire

Remember, this is NOT a test! There are no right or wrong answers.

Choose a “focus” for your responses. This will normally be your Work Environment. It may seem difficult to choose answers based on one environment, but it is important that you answer the questions on this basis.

Find a time and place where you will not be interrupted. Mark your responses quickly, as your first impression is usually best.

Respond to the questionnaire based on how you see yourself. Do not let others influence your selections.

In each frame, read each group of words carefully. Select the one group that most describes you in your chosen focus. Mark that group in the box under M for Most. Then select the group that least describes you in the same setting. Fill in the box next to that group in the box under L for Least. Mark only one MOST and only one LEAST box within each set of four word groups before moving to the following set.
