This workshop covers the three topics of matching employees to job, team and company; effective delegation of tasks based on the employee’s ability and work style; and motivating workplace champions for superior results.
This workshop combines highlights from the training contents of Results-Centred Leadership and Workplace Champion. It also demonstrates a practical application of DISC behaviour analysis that was refined and streamlined by our founder John Smithman into what he calls Championship Style. Also taught is an effective motivational method based on the teachings of Dr. William Glasser. |
